Complaints concerning goods
Agnieszka Chmielewska LITTLE DREAMS as a seller is liable to the Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, on account of warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular in Article 556 and Articles 556[1] - 556[3] and subsequent Civil Code.
Complaints resulting from violation of rights guaranteed by law, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be sent to info.assport@gmail.com. [Entity running an online shop] undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days. Failure to consider a complaint within the above deadline shall mean that it is considered justified.
Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services
 Agnieszka Chmielewska LITTLE DREAMS , Wczasowa 4, 66-446 Karnin, littledreams.shop@yahoo takes steps to ensure that the Shop operates fully correctly, to the extent that results from the current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove within a reasonable period of time any irregularities reported by customers.
The Client is obliged to immediately notify Agnieszka Chmielewska LITTLE DREAMS , Holiday 4, 66-446 Karnin, littledreams.shop@yahoo about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the On-line shop service.
The Client may report irregularities related to the functioning of the Shop in writing to the address:  Agnieszka Chmielewska LITTLE DREAMS , Wczasowa 4, 66-446 Karnin, littledreams.shop@yahoo or using the contact form.
In the complaint the Customer should give his name and surname, address for correspondence, type and date of occurrence of irregularities connected with functioning of the Shop.
 Agnieszka Chmielewska LITTLE DREAMS undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days. Failure to consider the complaint within the above time limit means that it is considered justified. The warranty period is 1 year.
